Can You Recover From Severe Anemia

elbow Round 3

So now comes the elbow turn again. time but finally! The part is from VW do Brasil and is not a reproduction. Greatest respect install in all a reproduction in its restoration. I've still never seen live, but if the original one does already so nen circus, then cheers meal! I got the part of Olaf Kuntze (Bus-OK) can send. As always, great execution. As recently reported, I've got it taken apart so because I recognized as being two-part thing was much too rigid. It was also primed the same again.
first step was to punch holes in the outer part and the body side weld to prepare.
(Here are the areas not yet bare ground)
purely fumble Then again, the part a thousand times check whether the flight suits with the door and off you go Luzie. The fixing of sheet metal on the body was the most annoying part of it. First a few points come to issue the lock column:

And then starting from there on the wheel arch along ...

safe side, I then from above or here and there a few times welded. In hindsight, maybe I would weld everything from above and the punching leave it out entirely.

Now comes the inner part is used. First, the welding points from the outer part sand and then clean it. I was really surprised that it is reingeflutscht so smoothly. Previously, of course, also remove the primer to the subsequent welds. The welding was there, were then drilled out to separate the points. So just as VW has done in manufacturing.

Then firmly stick the thing on the hinge pillar. Everything so how about in the body repair manual.

Now sand everything off and still primed. Then we will drive with the rest of the entry.
The whole operation lasted several hours and I did it the door and the wheel felt 50 times out and installed. * Groan *
